This cottage for rent, set on a huge plot of over 350,000 sq. ft., will provide you with an exceptional and unique getaway. Come and experience a memorable stay with your family, your partner or your friends!

During the summer, take a few kilometers of trails to visit the site. You'll have the chance to cross bridges over the waterfall and the river, observe the flora and fauna, and enjoy a relaxing swim on the small private beach!

As the day draws to a close, take advantage of the huge covered gallery to enjoy an aperitif to the sound of the waterfall and river, or simply enjoy the spa and fire pit - good times guaranteed.

Please note that some trails are narrow and run along cliffs. These trails are not suitable for young families. We do, however, have wider trails in the forest that are more suitable.

While we're sure you'll enjoy the estate on its own, there are plenty of activities and attractions nearby:

• 10 minutes from La Mauricie National Park
• 5 minutes from Mont SM - 25 km of mountain bike trails in summer and backcountry skiing in winter
• 5 minutes from la Vallée du Parc for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter!
• 15 minutes from Parc Récréoforestier Saint Mathieu (rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking)

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

From the moment you arrive, you'll be charmed by the large windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances and a glass table for convivial family meals. The bedrooms, decorated in soft, soothing tones, offer comfortable beds with fluffy comforters and cozy sheets, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a day of outdoor activities.

First floor: open-plan kitchen, living and dining area
Mezzanine: Bedroom #1: open-plan with one queen size bed / full bathroom with separate bath and shower
Lower floor: Bedroom #2: open-plan with one queen size bed / laundry room / access to outdoor spa through basement door

*** Please note that in WINTER, you must park at the entrance to the yard and NOT drive down the slope. This slope will be difficult to climb if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle. ***
